PATTERNING POWER FROM PAIN
I am Queen Kukoyi (they/she), a Black, Gender-Queer, Neurodivergent, Creative Technology Artist with over 20 years of experience in community justice. My work explores healing, identity, and cultural heritage, drawing from Igbo spirituality, ULI-inspired cultural markings, and Black speculation/Afrofuturism. I use intricate linework, bold patterns, and minimal color palettes to create transformative art that bridges the past and the future.
As a co-founder of Oddside Arts, collective that merges art, technology, and wellness, I prioritize Black, Indigenous, and queer communities, fostering collective storytelling and imagining futures where creativity drives change.

Our stories are data.
Our bodies are archives.
Our patterns are blueprints
for worlds we are already
building.
